There are six restaurants in the hotel, one to suit every mood and palate. The renowned Ibis Restaurant offers award-winning gourmet dishes in a comfortable setting. The relaxed setting of the Hibiscus Bar and Lounge is the perfect spot to unwind, while the Lord Delamere Terrace is the ideal spot for people watching. The extensive room service menu is always an option when a more private setting is preferred.

Fairmont The Norfolk was expanded in 1999 and subsequently renovated in time for its centennial, which it celebrated in 2004. The hotel now offers accommodations in 168 guest rooms and suites. 

It has three conference rooms, with a capacity to seat 175 delegates, a heated outdoor swimming pool, health club with gym, sauna and steam room, beauty salon, book shop and gift shops.
